The Price of Arrogance

Britons who see this old Rover advert are likely to shake their heads; knowingly recognizing Thatcherite-era arrogance when they see it.

And having personally ridden in the back of a Rover 800 from Exeter to London, I can attest to the fact that it was far from “the best of British.”

Well done advertisement, though.
