  1. This movie had some of the best and realistic car chases ever! Not only the one with the S8 (which was equipped with a rare manual tranny) but also an unforgettable chase featuring an E34 M5 racing down the wrong side of the road in Paris–truly spectacular!

  2. I particularly like the 450SEL 6.9 chase through Provence.

  3. Yes, particularly with a rocket launcher being used from its sizable sun roof!

  4. The BMW was NOT an M5. It was a 535i.

  5. Hmmm, I thought it was an M5, too. There seems to be a debate on IMCDB – as well – whether it’s a 535i or an M5. Closer shots show M-Badges, though, it’s possible that multiple cars were used in the shoot.
