IF you could describe the typical Corvette owner, “shy,” “humble,” “self-deprecating,” are not the most likely descriptors you’d choose.
And yet, on viewing this picture posted on the Congressional Quarterly‘s website, you can’t help but think that this Vette’s owner actually has a sense of humor about his loud ride.
